Peru Velo de La Novia coffee is organically grown at the highest ranges of the South American Andes and the Amazon River basin in the Chanchamayo Region of Peru. Beans from this region are considered the highest quality in the country. The plant was first introduced to the country in the 1700’s where the tropical climate, high altitudes and nutrient-rich soil offered ideal conditions for cultivating coffee.
