Yemen Harazi coffee comes only from the Haraz Mountains, an ancient coffee-growing region in the isolated northwest highlands. Yemen coffee is traditionally grown at high elevations in harsh environments, thus the varietals are unique to Yemen. The added stress of harsh climates increases the amount of sugars and nutrients pushed to the cherries, increasing the complexity of the flavors. The name “Mocha” is often associated with chocolate and coffee. Early coffee traders classified Yemen coffee as “Mokha '' after the port city, Al Mokha, through which most Yemini coffee was exported before the 20th Century.

Yemen 100% Harazi Mocha Jibal Raymah Coffee by ROAST THEORY has a deep, rich flavor with chocolate, earthy undertones and hints of citrus and maple syrup.
